Last week I was reading an article and came across a nice principle called as KISS principle. KISS stands for Keep It simple Stupid .Kiss principle has been used for decades by military, business schools, medical schools and in countless other areas where unneeded complexities can be avoided at all costs. Adding complexity to a business venture where it is not required will often get you fired or see your company go down. Added complexity or looking for complex answers to simple problems in medical strings can cause a loss of life or unneeded suffering.
All of know this principle but we don’t follow this principle and create unnecessary problems in our life. I will take a common example when we suffer any diseases we visit one physician and use their prescribe drugs for few days and if it didn’t work or working slowly we consult a different physician and makes our case more complex. Few people use different medicines like allopathic, homeopathy, aurvedic at etc, at time for early recovery. Adding too many variables makes things more difficult, especially when trying to figure out where something is working or why it is not. Clearly the KISS approach fails to be effective as more variables are added to a program. It fails to be KISS.

Make everything as simple as possible, but not simpler
Albert Einstein
What it means is Keep in simple stupid where ever possible, but don't simplify it to a pint where it is no longer effective true.

Simplicity + consistency = success
